Missed 5, mostly from not remembering owners decisions vs. fan votes. The only surprising thing here was the Calgary (nee Atlanta) Flames name - I had never heard that before. And where are the Maple Leafs?
Good Lord! How could I forget one of the original six. And for that matter, one of the teams that has really only one answer (although the name change was sanctioned by the venerable owner Conn Smythe).
